Information about products, capabilities, specifications, lead times and pricing is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. It does not constitute a binding offer. Any quoted pricing is indicative; firm pricing, specifications and terms are confirmed in a written quotation or agreement. OEM development, manufacturing and technology-transfer engagements are governed by separate written contracts that take precedence over these Terms.

Regulatory statements

References on this site to CE marking, FDA clearance or quality certifications describe ALEVA’s capabilities and, where stated, the status of specific products or programs. They are informational and do not transfer any certification or regulatory status to a third party except as expressly set out in a signed agreement.

Member portal

If you register for the iProbe portal, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties
